How do I answer an incoming call if I am on the other line?
An incoming call will be displayed next to the corresponding button on the right hand side of the screen. At anytime during a call, you are able to answer an incoming call by selecting the button corresponding with the incoming call notification on the right hand side of the screen. Remember to either end or place your current call on hold before answering an incoming call.
Is it possible to change the ring tone?
Yes. Ring tones can be changed by pressing the "Settings" button on the phone. Select "Rings" from the list. From here, you can set distinct ring tones for each line or a default ring for all calls. You can also set the screen contrast, background image and audio preferences in the "Settings" option.
What does the "Directories" button do?
By selecting the "Directories" option, you are able to view missed, incoming and placed calls. Additionally, the Corporate Directory can be accessed through here. This is a feature in which you can search for JLab users by entering their first name, last name or extension number. Please be advised that only VoIP phone users will be listed here.
