JLab Firefox Update on Windows Issue

Last week some Firefox web browsers on Windows desktops began automatically installing an updated version of the application. This update has resulted in a configuration error being displayed on Firefox startup. The IT Division has identified and tested a fix for the issue and will begin deploying this fix later today.

If you are prompted for a password when starting Firefox after the update, please contact the IT Division Help Desk for assistance. If you have any questions or concerns about this issue or continue to see this error after the weekend, contact the IT Division Help Desk.
