Password Change Issues

After the IT Division Maintenance Period on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, there have been issues with password changes.  The problem has now been fixed and password changes will complete successfully.  However, there were some password change attempts that finally completed this morning.  Consequently, if you changed your password after the maintenance period, there may have been some discrepancies between systems.  This means your old password may have still worked on certain systems and/or services (email, wireless, etc.) and your new password worked on others.

If you notice any issues with your password across systems or services, please contact the IT Division Help Desk.  Most likely, you will need to change your password again.  We apologize for this inconvenience.
