UPDATE: Early Morning Issues Resolved

This morning the lab experienced an intermittent outage that prevented internet domain names from being resolved. This was experienced as slowness browsing the web or connecting to other off-site services from JLab. The problem occurred intermittently from 5:30AM until 8:07AM and was due to a problem at an off-site commercial data center that handles some of our internet traffic.

Additionally, the WiFi and internal email problems from early this morning have been resolved.  Please contact the IT Division Help Desk with any other questions or concerns (x7155 or helpdesk@jlab.org).
