UPDATE: BlueJeans Network Outage Restored

Message from BlueJeans Network CEO, Krish Ramakrishnan:

Many of you experienced a major outage of our service today.  I am extremely sorry for the service interruption and inconvenience it has caused to you and your organization.  It is simply unacceptable.

As of 5PM PDT, our engineers have restored the Blue Jeans service. We have replaced several pieces of datacenter networking hardware,which we believe was the root of the problem.  The failure occurred in a manner which our redundant architecture did not catch. Please rest assured that we are doing everything possible and redoubling our efforts to make our service fail-proof. We have our engineering and operations team monitoring our data centers around the clock to ensure against any other anomalies.

If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to me. We value your business and will do everything in our power to re-earn your trust.  I will send a further update in the morning. Once again I apologize for the outage.
