Mobile Devices at JLab

The Jefferson Lab (JLab) Telecom group supports and purchases the Apple iPhone smartphone for personnel who require such a device for JLab work.  For instructions on connecting your iPhone to a JLab wireless network, please see the instructions below for iOS-based Device Configuration at JLab.
There are many different types of smartphones used across campus.  Please see links below for basic instructions on how to configure these devices to use the JLab wireless network.  If you have problems configuring a mobile device, please contact the IT Division Help Desk.  Since these are personal devices, please understand that we provide limited support if the device has problems connecting to the JLab wireless network.
