Description and Impacts:	Panels EPP, ERPA, EL, & ERPB will see a short loss of power while the normal feed to the ATS is powered off and the time it takes for the generator to start and the emergency feed in the ATS switches over. This is a functional test of the ATS to verify its operation. Plan is to do this early before building occupants arrive onsite. Elevator will be out of service during the test.
