Description and Impacts:	* the date and time have been proposed to Ole Hansen- awaiting a reply. The CHEMP2 panel will be off roughly 2 hours to tie in three new circuits for Hall A counting room. The panel is located in the Counting House hallway and has a panel schedule attached to it identifying which circuits will lose power. This work was requested by Ole Hansen (269-7627)
