ServiceNow - CCPR Replacement

The Computer Center Problem Report (CCPR) system has been replaced with ServiceNow.

If you had an active work request in CCPR, we have migrated your request into ServiceNow.  If you have an active JLab computer user account, please visit the ServiceNow homepage to submit new incidents (INC) and to see your active incidents.  Or, you may submit a new incident by emailing, which does not require an active JLab computer user account.

To submit an ACE incident (ACE-INC), please log into ServiceNow, use the Create Incident link at the top, and select Accelerator Computing Environment (ACE) as the category.
