Microsoft Office 2007 FAQ

• How do I manually Save As in Office 2003 format (.doc)?
• How do I make Office 2003 the default saving option?

Click on the Office button in the top left corner

Select Save As tab and select Word 97-2003 Document option.

To change the default save option, open Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access and go through these steps.

Click on the Office button in the top left corner

Click the Word Options radio button

Click the Save tab, and then change the drop-down menu for Save files in this format to be "Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)"

Repeat same steps for Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Open a terminal window and type this command:

rdesktop -g size_of_window -a 24 jsats

• size_of_windows can be 800x640, 1024x768, 1152x864, 1280x1024, 1600x900, 1600x1200

Once you're logged on to the terminal server, please go to Start >> All Programs >> Microsoft Office. You will find all available Office 2007 programs there.
