Ghost View 2.7 Setup
Ghost View 2.7 Setup
This handout will walk you through the installation of Ghost View 2.7.
Ghost View is software designed to read postscript files.
Before you begin:
Installing Ghost View 2.7 :
- Click on the Start menu, Programs then select Jlab - Cue,
Client Installed Programs, and then click on Ghost View 2.7
Setup.
- The first window that you will see is an extraction program that
will decompress the files needed for installation. Click
Setup to continue.
- After the files are extracted, setup will begin. The first
setup installation window is an overview of the install. Click
Next to continue.
- The next window has a little more information about the installation
of Ghost View. Again, click Next to continue.
- Then next window will ask you which components you wish to
install. The default setting is fine. Click Next to
conintue.
- The next window will allow you to choose the destination directory
in which Ghost View will install. The default directory is fine.
Click Next to continue.
- If the directory gstools does not exist, a screen will appear asking
if it is OK to create one. Click Next to continue.
- The next setup window asks what you would like the program group to
be named. The default, GS Tools, is fine. Click Finish to install
Ghost View.
- After the files have installed, a window will appear saying
"Installation Successful." Click Exit to continue.
- Now you will need to close the "GS Tools" program
window. This can be done by clicking on the "X" in the upper-right
corner of the window.
- Ghost View is now installed successfully on your computer.
