Using Mathematica in Windows system in JLAB

In order to use Windows version of the Mathematica, you need to install the Mathematica on your Windows system. In order to install it, open the Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs/Add New Programs and select the Mathematica 6 and click Add button.

To launch Mathematica:

Open an Explorer window, go to the Program Files\Wolfram Research\Mathematica\6.0 directory, and double-click the Mathematica icon

When you run the Mathematica for the first time, you need to enter the license server information on the following windows.

Select Network License and at the "Enter the name of a server running a Mathematica license manager" box, enter MATHLM and press OK.
