CUE Windows NT Login Default Environment

If your Windows PC has been configured for CUE the login script will map standard network directories for you. These directories are:

The login script copies the file liveupdt.hst to \Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate\liveupdt.hst. This points your Norton Anti-Virus at a JLAB server for faster updates to your virus software.

One other file, setx.exe, is copied to your local hard drive. This file adds a path statement to your user environment for \\jlabapps\apps rather than replacing the existing path statement and changing your personal parameters.
