If you log into the JLab domain, you already have a login banner installed (your registry is updated automatically) and you do not need to do anything more.
If you do not log into the JLAB domain:
Download the following registry update file.
Be sure to save the file with a '.reg' extension in a directory where you can find it, e.g. c:\temp.
Double-click on the downloaded file to install the banner.
